• No returns on electronic items.
• Incorrectly supplied or defective goods may be returned within 7 days.
• The original invoice is required for any return.
• No returns on correctly supplied parts.
• Where Part-ivo accepts the return of a correctly supplied part, a 20% handling charge applies.

Please bring the original invoice with any return, and speak to the counter before travelling so we can check the details with you first.
