Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing Part-ivo you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.

2. Accounts and access

Accounts are issued by invitation and are personal to each staff member. Account holders are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity performed under their account. Access is controlled by roles and permissions set by the business owner.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, permissions or audit mechanisms.
• Do not use the platform to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited messages.
• Do not upload material you are not entitled to process or distribute.

4. Customer data

Business records entered into Part-ivo remain the property of the business. Part-ivo processes them to provide the service and does not use them for unrelated purposes.

5. Documents and communications

Issued documents are stored as immutable versions. Where the platform is used to deliver documents to customers, the sending business is responsible for the accuracy of recipient details and for obtaining any consent required for that contact.

6. Availability and support

We aim to provide continuous availability but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Part-ivo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
